Yatalla Creek Shiraz Cabernet						$12/$19/$55

Tasting Note:
A classic Australian varietal blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon produced this ripe and flavoursome wine. Crimson red in colour, this
wine displays a spicy aroma of fresh pepper, plum and lifted berry fruit, combined with subtle oak. These flavours flow well onto the palate and it is intentionally soft, yet pleasantly mouth filling. The acid level is carefully balanced with soft oak tannins for a mellow but lingering finish.

Tasting Note:
Intensely violet in colour. On the nose, this wine exhibits classic Malbec notes of blueberry, black cherry and violet.
